NEW AARP Walk with a Doc – Second Saturday of the Month

Explore Forest Park, get some exercise, and learn more about a current health topic with AARP St. Louis’ new Walk with a Doc program. Starting September 9, these walks will take place the second Saturday of every month at 9:00 am, meeting at the Forest Park Visitor and Education Center.

AARP volunteers will lead you on a journey that will start with a ride on MetroLink from either the North Hanley or Shrewsbury MetroLink Stations, arriving at the Forest Park-DeBaliviere Station in time for a short walk to the Forest Park Visitor and Education Center.  From there you’ll take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a healthcare professional before spending the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation.
